They have a strict policy for the patients who are late. But they don't have the same policy for themselves. She is never on time for her appointments. She has no consideration for how long people have to wait to be seen. It's at least one and half hour wait. No consideration for how far people have to drive to get to their appointment. And this is every week. I do not recommend this person at all.
