I used to see Dr. Dunn and really liked him. I felt well cared for, but I didn't need a lot of care, so went a few years without seeing him. (I know, should have been going in for physicals at least, but just didn't.) Called about two years ago when I was sick, and the person taking my call was rude, told me he couldn't see for 2 months since I was now a "new patient," and since my complaint didn't involve his specialty, I should find someone else to be my GP (nevermind he'd served as my GP before).
