Never met him. His office receptionist is incompetent and I left after 30 minutes past my appointment time. I have seen similar Google reviews about his office.
Dr. Coats is an excellent Healthcare provider. I am very impressed with his manners, professionalism and personality. I very much enjoy my visits with him. That being said the front desk, sheduling, follow up, and reminder dept. in the Valley office leaves a bit to be desired in the professionalism department. I'm a little taken back by some of the (attitude) in the way they talk to their patients on the phone and in the lobby.
Dr. Coats has been my sleep disorder doctor for 10 years. He's attentive, understanding, concerned, friendly, down to earth, easy to talk with. Excellent Doctor.
