This location was relocated after Hurricane Harvey to the Gulf Freeway location. My daughter received a vaccination there by Dr. Michael Byrne two years ago which now he is retired. we returned to have that shot record signed and all nurses and doctors refuse to sign a document they have stamped with their Clinic name on their and they have a copy of the shot record for her to be able to register for school. First visit was today, 3/25/16. Was not able to see the doctor for my physical exam. Reason: "we have no nurses today", said the receptionist. So she asked me to come back on Monday. Did they call ahead to let me know my appointment, which was made two days ago, needs to be cancelled? According to this receptionist, several times. The truth: once---from a number I did not recognize, with no voicemail having been left, and made 40 minutes before my appointment. Was there a doctor on site? Yes. Out of all the Doctors I have been to so far he is by far the best. Sometimes the staff is not so friendly or helpful but in all I'm happy with him. Thank you Dr. Byrne's.
