I went into the Estero location today after a referral from my general practitioner. The nurse informed me that their office staff wasn't in and I had to call the Naples office. The first woman I spoke with was very nice and friendly. She helped me with all of my questions, and after getting an earlier appointment time offered to me I needed to check the availability of my babysitter, so i'd call back to confirm.
