Doctor Suter is a good doctor, 2 stars for that. Unfortunately his staff is absolutely awful, especially the front desk woman. I left his office almost a year ago because Stella thinks it’s appropriate to cuss up a storm while patients are in the waiting room. Myself and the other gentleman in the waiting room couldn’t help but look at each-other in shock. She is extremely rude to patients and doesn’t like when they check her attitude. Yes, I'm not exaggerating if it weren't for Dr Suter and his staff I would not be alive today. He is a doctor that tells it like it is , you just need to listen and follow his recommendations. It took sometime for me but he got me from 280 lbs to a reasonable 180 lbs. No surgery, no pills, just advise dietary planing, and encouragement. He also listens to you, getting referrals, scans, tests, and treatments The staff taking ekgs, pressures, weight and other information is skilled and efficient.
Dr. Suter has been my Primary Care doctor since 1996. He has gone above and beyond what a typical Primary Care Doctor would do. It is so rare to find a doctor who can see you within 2 days or the next day if it’s an emergency. I’ve never had to wait for my appointment. He’s a great doctor!
Dr. Suter is a nice Dr. However, his staff is so rude. I just called to make an appointment and the woman I spoke with was so rude, dismissive and nasty. I had to hang up on her before I got out of character and without making an appointment. I will be looking elsewhere for a new PCP. Avoid this place. You shouldn't want anybody handling your personal information with a nasty attitude like that. I know I don't
