Called back at 2:32pm to ask how much longer it would take to get a call back and the lady didn’t say anything she just sighed loudly and transferred me back to the hold line. If this business has recorded lines for incoming calls, like most do, I would suggest the manager go back and listen to how rude this person is being to patients.
