I was very disappointed, that they canceled my appt. Twice, and I live 1.5 hrs away.. i was almost at my appt. And recieved a call saying they want to reschedule my appt..and that they have left a msg with me yesterday, I told them I didn't recieve a phone call from them, here they had called a invalid # and I never received anything.. was very very disappointed with them. How many times can I let them keep canceling my appointments, when my doctor is after me to see a dentist...
Just had my first appointment here. The staff from the front to the back of the office was nothing but first class customer service. I’m a huge baby when it comes to my mouth and Dr.Morehouse and his dental assistant were gentle, and helped me start the journey of getting some of my teeth fixed. They are also accepting new patients unlike most of the dental offices in this area during this time.
