The officer staffs efficiency is not well trained. Scheduling for a follow up is a nightmare. Trying to schedule a procedure is terrifying. Im afraid if there is an issue no one will answer the call and worse, Dr Moore will not recieve the call. Dr Moore is an excellent Doctor! However his Office Staff are one of the worst facilities, from the receptionist to the appointment desk they lack empathy, and common sense! They have changed my appointment schedule several times, without notifying me! They have recently moved, and I only hope that they are improving
He was the on call when I had a cardiac event, he didn't even know my name and spent less than 2 minutes in my room. I didn't feel confident in him when he couldn't even be bothered to get my name right, how can I trust that he actually looked at what was going on with me. He even said he didn't have anything to go off of since I hadn't had any tests done, but he's the one that should have ordered them in the first place.
