I love Dr. Moore. He listened to me and my concerns. He explains everything so you can understand it I would highly recommend him.
I didn’t get the chance to see the cardiologist, so this review is strictly about the front office and scheduling. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM. I wrote it down in three different places: my written calendar, my phone, and my planner. When I arrived, I was told the appointment was actually at 10:30 AM, and that I had missed it. I never schedule morning appointments, and certainly never anything before 11:00 AM, so it’s clear that the appointment time was changed without notifying me.
