I LOVE Dr furgeson. He delivered me and has been my doctor off and on since. I am in Florida about to set up an appointment with him and go all the way to Oklahoma just to have him as my doctor he is literally the BEST doctor in the United States. Thanks for everything Dr furgeson. He was the only one that discovered (after not giving up and running a lot of tests on me) I needed my gallbladder out. He sent me for surgery when I was 13. He also told me about my enlarged spleen. I can go on all night about how good he is.
I spent a week very ill and 3 trips to the er and Dr. Ferguson never seen me. I begged for an appointment. When they would make one, I would get a phone call canceling the appointment. I asked for someone to please help me so I could get qualified for the surgery I needed to help me. Instead I got sicker and sicker. Finally after being sent home 3 times I went to a dr out of network to get help. I will never go back to this Dr.
Showed up at 9:40 for a 10:30 appointment. After going round and round with a girl for an hour about insurance, (lack of experience) rather than them look up the insurance billing address the woman told me to then shut the glass in my face. Doctor talked to me, walked out and didn't come back. Nurse came back with rx for meds that don't work for my conditions. Needed depression med, was told no, given a list of therapists for ADHD and told to come back after I was diagnosed. Office was chaotic.
I have no issue with Dr. Furgeson, but his billing staff is terrible. 2 years after a routine doctors visit we get a bill threatening a "very aggressive collection agency" if we don't pay an overdue bill. Except we never got the bill, it should have been covered by our insurance, and they even admitted they NEVER sent the bill to begin with. Absurdly unprofessional. Highly recommend finding a doctor with a competent office. "we don't call" - response when asked why they didn't call.
Dr Furgeson is a very careing doctoer. He is very profession and kind. His stall is helpful and friendly. Great doct o.o r to go to.
It's hard to find a doctor as competent who is caring and humble. His staff is amazing and while there is the occasional pharmacy glitch, I'd rather have that than a dr using a cattle prod on patients. They're all fantastic.
Office staff is incompetent and rude.
I have been with Dr. Furgeson for many, many years. Unfortunately, it is extremely difficult to get support from them. I asked for a referral for my daughter several years ago to a specialist, never received one and ended up seeing another doctor. I asked them for shot records, which they never provided and I ended up getting from another source. And recently I asked sent in a request for medical records for an adoption. Despite calling 3 times and faxing in my request, the doctor has still not
