My one star rating is specifically toward Nadine (Front Office). She does not know how to be friendly toward patients. I was called to be reminded of an appointment but was never given the chance to speak about cancelling. I was given the reminder, then a "ok, bye". Dr. Brackenrich, Britta, and everyone else is ABSOLUTELY Amazing!!!! This practice has helped me all my life but I was too young to have an opinion. I have officially been run-off. Front Office needs to listen more, speak less.
Both of my parents have had recent health issues that have raised concerns for us and he has not listed to those concerns refusing to get the necessary referrals and testing to rule out the cause of what could be the real problems. My mother ended up having a stroke and my father is still struggling with the same symptoms for several months when a simple MRI could possibly dx the problem. Dr. Brackenrich is one HELL OF A DOCTOR!!!!! He and his staff are a tribute to their profession. They truly care more about their patients than that almighty dollar. Dr. Mike has proved it time and time again. He really cares about getting you healthy and not what you can put into his wallet. KUDOS Dr. Mike to you and your excellent staff!
