Dr Clarence is everything you could want in a Respiratory Specialist. He's *extremely knowledgeable, professional and invested in his patients. He is polite and happy to answer any questions you might have. I took with me a 9 page history with me to my last appointment and I apologised both before he read it and afterward. He smiled and said don't worry about it, it's something I'm glad to have. appointments were quick and rushed.... staff seem to brush me off.... i have been in contact a few times trying to get information about my sleep issues (for insurance purposes) and have had no contact back in over a month. I was charged $270 for a 90 second phone call consultation, the same for an under 5 minute face to face consult. I am due for a check up and likely another sleep study but refuse to pay that much for a phone call lasting under 2 minutes.
