I got an appointment very quickly at WNY ENT. Everyone was very nice. Especially the young girl who took my initial information and spoke very loudly so I could hear her. My hearing test & exam were thorough & Dr. Cipolla took the time to explain my condition without seeming rushed. A positive experience.

Great experience — felt heard, left with answers, and was given the opportunity to come back or call with any follow up questions as needed.
I have no idea why those people getting dr certificates when they don't take my insurance no even cash so I don't know what should do as a patient very rude receptionist God help them out extremely painful experience
