Dr. Ciano performed rhinoplasty on me. Prior to surgery, one of his "guarantees" was that if I wasn't happy with the results, he would do a touch-up surgery. Well, he didn't break my nose to fix the crookedness. Post-surgery, he agreed that it was still crooked and agreed to do another surgery when I was ready. I asked if there was a time-limit, and he said no. 3 years later, I was mentally ready to undergo another surgery...at which time he told me that it had been too long and he refused.
I paid for upper and lower blepherplasty. On the lower I was told he would cut out the fat, make an incision close to the lash line and make the skin tight. He took out the fat but left the skin. Now I have even more wrinkles under my eye than when I started. Upper lids are nice, under eyes I'm not happy with.
