Dr Chipman is extremely knowledgeable and caring and even has an Emergency Medicine background. In his osteopath clinic he offers unparalleled care that is also not available without driving 3-4 hrs away. We are blessed to have him in Southern Illinois! His care is gentle and compassionate and even suited for babies and the elderly. Horrible experience. Father had a fall and was treated by this "doctor". Father was released without a concrete diagnosis and then hospitalized again later that day. Not sure if he's lazy or an imbecile.
