Dr. Westcott is super nice, but he has a dishonest bill collector, who speaks Spanish up front. She charged me double what my insurance would pay. Blue Cross called them for me, and this collector said she charges “the maximum and issues refunds for the difference. In 10 years, I have never gotten a refund. Because the front staff are dishonest, you should go somewhere else. They were equally obnoxious to my daughter.
