This review is for the office. I was referred to Dr. Brucculeri by my PCP. For the second day I am leaving a voice mail because the office does not answer the phone nor they return the call to my yesterady voice mail. This is utmost unprofessional and unconforting.. Imagine you are a patient and must get in thouch with your doctor..
I waited from May until September (4 months) for an appointment to see Dr. Bucculeri MD. When they confirmed my appt in Sept. they informed me that I would be seeing a nurse practitioner. I would be driving 2 1/2 hours to see a nurse practitioner. I am not driving that far to see a nurse, sorry!!! I can see a nurse anywhere. I was told after 4 long months that this is how they roll.
