I was a patient of Dr. Bogey's once. He did treat me well (kind of greeted me enthusiastically, which was interesting, in an ER setting), but appropriately changed his demeanor when he saw I was really not in the mood. He was wearing all black scrubs which was an interesting choice. Under his care I received the appropriate medical treatment. Dr Bogey is hands down the best doctor I have ever been seen by. I have to go to the ER quite a bit, and he’s been 200% on top of everything every time. * I have been there once when he wasn’t on shift, and it was a completely different experience. It wasn’t bad, but the bedside manner was nonexistent and it really matters. If you’re having the worst day and the worst pain of your life, he’s the man you want to see. I have had 4 er visits just this year and fortunately Dr Bogey was on duty each time. He knows his stuff for sure. I, as many others where I live, wish he was available as a primary care doctor but those are just wishes. I worry so much about the status of Hazel Hawkins but most of all I hope we don't lose Dr Bogey!
