i had an appt at 11:45 went to check in at 11:40 paid at 11:42 went and sat down in the lobby in front of the check in desk. There was one other person in the lobby they were taken care of and left as i sat. I sat in the lobby for an entire hour and i went to the desk to ask about how much longer the wait would be for them to tell me, they inform me my appt. that i’ve been physically sitting in there lobby for was canceled as i was sitting.
