I went to Alliance Hospital on 3-20-26 for bleeding in my throat as instructed to do so via my doctor office. I was put into a room (like a triage room) and told the doctor will be with me shortly. Dismissive of women issues. Said he’s never heard of my diagnosis of pelvic floor dysfunction so it’s not real. Never in my life have I had a doctor say that. I offered numbers to my specialist to confirm and said no to that as well. Waste of time and money.

We have not been able to get answers for my husband's illness until we came to the ER in Ft Worth. Dr. Barakat diagnosed 3 issues that needed to be addressed as soon as possible. He was very thorough and very helpful. He was genuinely concerned about what he found. Wonderful doctor!
I was briefly seen by Micheal Barakat when I was sent to the Emergency Room to be admitted to hospital for severe abdominal spasms, pain and ongoing vomiting,. My primary Dr was confident I would get the same quality care at hospital Texas Medical Harris Methodist. I arrived to a metal detector.
