Dr. Bishai is dismissive, doesn't explain procedures to you before performing them, or even after they have been performed. He is always in a rush and makes you feel like his time is more important than yours. His office is equally dismissive and had scheduled many extra appts and ultrasounds that we've since been told was unnecessary. I scheduled a procedure with Dr Bishai, 1st of all they never answer phones. 2nd) I was not provided with the pre-procedure instructions. On the day of the procedure, I was asked if I followed the procedure instructions. I answered “what instructions”, & said no. They still went on with the procedure. 3) after 2 or 3 months of the procedure my Prinary Dr. had not received the results, I called & they argued with me & said it was mailed. I had to argue to have the report mailed to me.Sad
Dr. Bishai is a kind, thoughtful and ethical surgeon. His surgical expertise is legendary in the San Gabriel Valley; yet he tries conservative measures whenever restraint is indicated. One can always trust this fine gentleman to practice outstanding urological care.
Dr. Bishai is an amazing doctor cares about his patients in a timely manner would recommend him to anyone great doctor cares about his patients.
Dr. Bishai is a truly skilled surgeon and a compassionate human being.
Dr. Bishai has been looking after me the past 20 years. He is personal and caring. His office always try to fit me when I have urgent requests. He is attentive and delivers "old-fashioned" medical advice which is sadly lacking in some of the other practices.

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely!
