I couldn't be more pleased with Dr Weisbruch and his staff. In addition to being and exceptionally competent physician he a very likable guy who takes all the time necessary to help me understand his diagnosis and my treatment.
Amazing new patient appointment! From beginning to end I felt seen and heard. Very obvious that this office is a positive work environment.
A dear friend who is 89 was rescheduled for an 8 am appointment and got there with her wheelchair 10 min early (they tell to be early) and they WOULD not open the door. No cover sufficient for wheelchair access and they stood in the rain. The office staff could see them and would not open the door after they accommodated the request to change the appointment! Just shows a supreme lack of empathy and caring for patients.
