Dr Valente saved my life, after a colostomy reversal at Riverside Hospital in Columbus ohio, I ended up on life support and a feeding tube. I had a fistula that developed. After 7 months with my stomach left wide open, they needed my incision to go from 12 inches to 7 inches to close me up. The surgeon at Riverside referred us to Dr Valente, im forever greatful to him for saving my life, I just love him. Love his bedside manner and his humor.
I would give him ten stars if I could. I feel compelled to write a review after reading the reviews posted here. I will start by saying that I know Dr Valente both professionally and as a patient. It’s New Year’s Eve. I’m alive and my husband is not. He was diagnosed with colon cancer in November of 2022. He did 6 months of chemo and wanted a second opinion on whether surgery and the hipec procedure would help him. He saw Dr. Valente in April 23, Dr Valente thought it would “make perfect sense “ to have the surgery. We trusted Dr. Valente and my husband put his faith in him. Dr Valente operated on my 91 year old mother in 2015 and saved her life. He answered all our questions and we are so appreciative. I am happy to report my mom just turned 100.
Dr Valente is the best of the best. So, happy to have him as my surgeon.
