Michael smith caused dual nerve damage. Damaging my ilioinguial nerve and lateral cutaneous nerve. I was unable to walk for a month and am now receiving 3-6 nerve blocks just so i can function again. I have not received a call asking how im doing or what may have caused this. Avoid this place at all cost, Michael is lucky i didnt sew him. Lawyers wont do anything until i cant walk again. I was cut down to part time at work because of this and the damages are nearing the $40,000 mark. Sincerely, Dawson Evans

Dr. Michael Smith did some stomach surgery on me that saved my life.I had been going to another dr.for 2years still sick all the time,had major attack and went to different hospital where dr.smith was called in on and thank god ,he fixed the problem. GREAT DOCTOR,KNOWS HIS FIELD OF WORK
