When my husband was in extreme pain, he would not get on the phone to speak with us. His non medical staff relayed a message back and forth and didn't even get the message correct. After being told that he wants and MRI before seeing my husband, we waited many hours for him to make the time to speak with us about the results. According to his staff "when he has time he will get back to us" Not acceptable and unprofessional.
