I visited the Same Day Care at Adena in WCH feeling very unwell.  Caitlyn Kirk was very caring and kind during my visit.  She listened well and took time with me to figure out what may be going on with me and why I was feeling sick.  It was my first time at this facility and I was unsure of the care that I would be receiving.  I was very happy with the staff and the care that I received.  I highly recommend!

I went to this urgent care yesterday, sept 20th. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was interrupting a teenage girls' party. The gal at the desk seemed spacy. The nurse just couldn't be bothered to listen to my symptoms. They were upset I refused a covid test. Then they took my blood pressure. The cuff was so tight I yelled out in pain. I want to give my thanks to Tracy in the Cashiers office for being so very helpful today in straightening out a billing issue. She was great! She listened to me and dug right in to promptly fix the problem.

Not happy at all. My mother was admitted on 12/21 and released on 12/27. Was unable to speak to a doctor or a nurse the whole time she was there. My daughter ended up giving her grandma a sponge bath because she was left in filth, her catheter blew and they still hooked up antibiotics to it. And the biggest complaint I have is they released her to a nursing facility and not a signal one of her family members were told. So we spent the morning calling different facilities to find her.

Our mother Maria Messina passed tonight at 1:38 am .. She died peacefully with our family surrounding her. She gallantly fought long and hard. At the end she opened her eyes as she appeared to be looking up to the heavens. It's hard to put into words how thankful I am to have been part of her journey. Thank you to all our family and friends for your prayers and support throughout this time. Please continue to pray for our family. I visited the ER in Greenfield Ohio on the evening of 9/23/2022 with my mother. I overheard the Dr. on call in the emergency room throwing a tantrum in front of everyone. The nurse was very apologetic. This behavior continued from the Dr. to the point of calling other patients names. Needless to say I left with my mother and went elsewhere. I was flabbergasted at this Doctors behavior.

The ER is a joke. My mom cut under her tongue and instead of taking her back (she’s literally pouring blood from her mouth btw) they make her wait almost 2 hours in the lobby and then another hour in a room. When i asked the front desk when she was getting stitched up they got super rude and snotty and said “we are taking our time! We will get to it when we do!”. Meanwhile, people who were clearly tweaking and actively on drugs were stumbling out of the doors with discharge papers and taking up beds and times of doctors who... read more
