Dr. Rausch doesn't just write a prescription and send you down the road! He gets to the core of your issues to treat your conditions. Went to him since I was a young child, hurt my back as a young adult and was treated like a junky when I wanted any help at all. He banned me from his office after I cried in the lobby because the office staff treated me poorly while I was in the was in the worst pain of my life. Took me 14 months of constant pain to convince any doctor to listen to me and finally got the physical therapy that I needed.
Clinicians and nurses there are all great! The front office staff (Augusta) were SO UNPROFESSIONAL! Made it so hard to get things done when and the way they needed done! I ended up changing Drs.
Every time I have to either call the office or be seen in the office. They are always very friendly and helpful with me.
Dr Rausch cares! He cares about helping in every way possible and taking the best care of you possible. Very knowledgeable on what will help most in all situations and will help the best he possibly can.
this office has the worst staff ever, they've never heard of professionalism: When I needed something done and they didn't do it and I had factual evidence that they had lied to us they got belligerent and adversarial when I brought it up rather than just fixing the issue immediately. They told us it was "simply an honest mistake" but you can't make more than 5 honest mistakes an hour and still be a professional, even if they were honest mistakes that should get you fired.
