Sometimes I have been there up to 90 min but I was in and out in an hour this week! Dr Novak is very thorough and knows about the retina and the eye. I feel I am in very capable hands with my eye issues. Staff is very friendly and moves you along with check ins, scans and into dr exam room. Highly recommend
