Dr Istfan is a wonderful doctor. I've been a patient of his for many years and he has taken the best care of me. I highly recommend him.
I have read some of these complaints and am shocked. I have never been to a doctor that takes time and has two-way dialog with you as well. It has taken several visits to get to the base cause of my problem. He did x-rays, blood tests, etc. In the interim he gave me suggestions on how to alleviate my pain without opioids, which I appreciate. I am now on the path to improve my condition.
Dr. Istfan is thorough and doesn’t rush through my visits.
So frustrated. I'm an existing patient and need an appt/refills. I have been trying to reach them for about a month. No one ever answers and no one will call me back.
This isn’t directly at the doctor more so at the office in general. I have called multiple times because i’ve been having horrible side effects of medicine for over a month that i was prescribed here and getting the office to answer a phone call is beyond impossible. It’s so unprofessional and they have completely left me hanging with these problems because i can’t get a call back after it goes to voicemail / i can’t talk to my doctor in general.
