This dentist has been so kind and wonderful. We were between 2 dentists because our previous dentist stopped accepting our insurance. I broke a tooth at 8:30 pm after hours. Even though I was t technically established with the office Dr Hess called me back, got me set up for an appointment first thing Monday morning, helped me find an oral surgeon to remove the tooth and get me on the path to get this squared away. I am a new patient to this dental practice. I had been with my previous dentist for over 20 years. She retired and referred her patients to Dr. Hess. Their practice did not take my insurance and the practices that did were not very good. I decided to pay out of pocket for first visit and a follow-up appointment for a filling. I tried to get appointment with Dr Hess and secretary said we don't take new patients but I think it was my acken she didn't want to give me appointment, I hope doctor read my comments unless he is one of those too!
