I had a filling come loose and crumble away. I got an appointment relatively quickly (in about a week) but only because it was not hurting, or they would have gotten me in quicker (i think). I was brought in and the Tech did all the prelim stuff, then Dr. Hess came in and was nice and friendly and thorough. Explained what was going to happen clearly which I totally was expecting. I’m in my 70’s now and started going to dentist visits regularly since I was 6! I’ve had a lot of dentists over the years, in Michigan, Colorado and Georgia and now Ohio. I’ve had some really good ones too! But honestly Dr. Hess is absolutely my favorite. His top priority is taking care of your teeth and the right to go about it. He’s just excellent and I feel confident in following what he advises.
