Dr. Galin had me wait in to see him for about an hour. He did not apologize for my wait and then proceeded to dismiss a well researched question I had about my condition. He said he was not knowledgeable about the issue. He wanted to exam me, but I walked out. He then proceeded to bill me and when I called the billing department of his office he told them that the bill stands. He would not offer the courtesy of a phone call to discuss the billing matter, but instead preferred to rely on his office managers.
I had such a great experience at this office. The staff is absolutely wonderful……professional, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made the entire visit smooth and comfortable. The staff at this practice are very courteous and devoted to making the patient feel welcome and handled as needed. I have been coming to this practice for many years and specifically seeing Dr. Galin; because of his incredible knowledge about ENT issues, he will surely evaluate any issue thoroughly for the patient and then explain to the patient accordingly the suggested treatment plan, or any options, if available. I would highly recommend this practice.
I went to Dr. Galin to have a procedure done on my tongue, he was very quick, and professional I was very scared but his assistant (I’m not sure of her name) was also very professional, well manner-able, and sweet. The entire office was. Thanks Dr. Galin
Dr. Galin Is phenomenal!!! I scheduled an appointment with him based on the positive reviews, and I couldn’t be more pleased. He is so knowledgeable and professional, but what I care about the most, is the fact that he truly wants to help you and listens. All the staff at the St. Mary’s location was outstanding, what a positive experience! This has nothing to do with the medical practice, but parking at the hospital is very limited, so make sure you allow ample time to find parking.
