No dan seguimiento, ni regresan llamadas, tuve que ir dos veces a que me dieran una solución , y nada ,, personal no competente , nunca he consultado con el doctor , eso es lo que quería , pero creo que es imposible , por las mujeres del mostrador.

I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Dr. Flores. My grandmother’s in-person evaluation showed she was above average for her age with no major concerns. Less than a week later, Dr. Flores called saying her health was “rapidly declining” and insisted she needed to be placed in a rehabilitation facility for over two weeks. Worst experience ever. The staff is very nice but the man that holds Dr credentials… Is a jerk, rude, cocky, arrogant! As a patient we have a right to refuse treatments. He didn’t like that! He talked so bad to us after we refused lab work! He has no professionalism and no values with patient care! To top of it off - he said “YOUR CRAZY”. Don’t go here. Look for a real professional caring Dr that will let you have a voice. It was his way or no way. He literally walked out and left us there! Only cowards walk away!

The most unprofessional group of people 🤦🏻‍♀️ They never answer the phone and when they do they leave you on hold and never answer again. I would advice you to go see another clinic and doctors
