Worst experience ever. The staff is very nice but the man that holds Dr credentials… Is a jerk, rude, cocky, arrogant! As a patient we have a right to refuse treatments. He didn’t like that! He talked so bad to us after we refused lab work! He has no professionalism and no values with patient care! To top of it off - he said “YOUR CRAZY”. Don’t go here. Look for a real professional caring Dr that will let you have a voice. It was his way or no way. He literally walked out and left us there! Only cowards walk away!
The most unprofessional group of people 🤦🏻♀️ They never answer the phone and when they do they leave you on hold and never answer again. I would advice you to go see another clinic and doctors
Went for bloodwork test results today and after waiting an hour and 45 minutes I had the gall to complain about the wait. Dr. Flores responded with a very condescending “you’ll get over it’. I asked him if he would reimburse me for my time and he asked me if I wanted the money or my test results. I said the results so he scanned the paperwork and said everything was normal and then tossed the paperwork across the desk towards me and then basically dismissed me from the office.
