I've been coming to see Dr Anderson and Tom for nearly two years , I have never had a bad experience, they both are very professional and seem to care a lot about their patients, Mary is a very sweet lady and has always been able to answer any questions I've had.
Dr Anderson & other therapist in his office are over the top the best of the best. But his whole practice will I’m certain ho down In flames with losing all his patients, and probably getting sued and shut down due to his front desk help “Mary” whom is doing everything wrong & nothing right. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere where Mary doesn’t work.
You may as well go to red river, at least you’ll get treated like a human.
I have been seeing Dr. Anderson for many years. He is a wonderfu, caring man and an excellent doctor. His front staff is also excellent. I would without reservation recommend him.
He knows "His Stuff" when it comes to PTSD! Holistic (well versed and up to date medically, as well as psychiatrically). Hope to see him on outpatient basis soon. He doesn't put up with "yada yada".
Staff is rude, not caring to patient mental state, only interested in money, only way u can get in to see dr is to go to red river first. When u r have a mental crises stuff will not get u in early. Lady answering phone has no compassion and is very rude!! Dr. Anderson is a great Dr. But the office staff very bad.
When I was referred to Dr. Anderson, I was very apprehensive about needing a new physician. I was amazed at how at ease he made me feel. I was in a judge free zone, one in which I have thrived in over the last year. I am grateful for him & his staff. Miss Mary is gracious & personable.
He is a great and knowledgeable doctor. The wait time is very reasonable...typically about 10-20 minutes. His secretary/assistant is very sweet. I always receive appointment reminders. He listens to my concerns and doesn't over medicate which is what I prefer.
