I just had a mammogram and called to confirm a phone appointment with the nurse practitioner to discuss results and found out they dropped me as a patient because they no longer take my insurance. So now I have to find another PCP , and wait for an appointment to get results. And this was just the most recent incident ( no doubt the worse). Had to wait over a week to get an essential prescription filled. Appointments are rushed with no physical exam. The front desk staff were very nice I guess...huge disappointment 🫤
Awful negligence by the doctor I’m very disappointed I have a lot pain in my stomach I visited the doctor last month may she did order lab work and gave me a appointment to one month later by phone I was very patient waiting for phone call she never call me I never get my results and my stomach pain getting worse
I cannot say enough about this practice, from the front reception staff to the wonderful doctor and especially nurse practitioner Immaculata. Just the most wonderful, kind, caring, and respectful people that you will ever have the pleasure of visiting. I’ve been coming to them for over a year and they are absolutely the best!
Dr. Azinge took the time o learn about my health history, making suggestions and elaborating on any concerns. She ordered tests reflecting any of her concerns. She was thorough and complete. She also had extensive knowledge in naturopath type medicine, in case you are interested. The office staff was friendly and efficient. The wait may be a bit longer than usual as it's a small office.
Very unprofessional! Not reliable! It has been two weeks that I have asked for an appointment and no one returned my call . They took one year to refer me to an oncologist. They put me at risk for cancer ! Don’t put your health in their hands !
