The pain management doctor and the staff are very friendly people. If your looking for someone who will listen to you and help you i highly recommend this place.
I have attempted to make an appointment here for over a week , could never get the person on the phone , and left multiple messages . Today I finally had enough and called my insurance to send my referral someplace else .
If you are looking for professional help from the receptionist to the doctor you will have a hard time finding anyone better than these people.
Talked to office staff on a couple occasions about my issue. They asked for a referral and my records. All seamed well. Finally talked to someone about 3 weeks after sending my documents for the second time. She told me that they haven't received my documents without asking my name or date of birth. I asked her if she was sure because they should have arrived a couple of weeks ago.
