I only gave a 2 star because of Dr. Butler. He is great at explaining diseases and how they work. However, while I don’t know if it’s his fault or not, the help stops there. He tells you to advocate for yourself which doctors nowadays don’t believe you without another doctor speaking for you. I was under the impression more help would be given but I was unaware what all he could do. He’s a great doctor. This man is a genius! He's the best in the field! Him and his staff are very kind!
Dr Butler is brilliant! He is extremely knowledgeable and informative. I received more insight from him in one hour than I have received from many doctors in their own field. He was very patient with me and answered the numerous questions I had. He has great bedside manner. I definitely recommend him!
Horrible bedside manner. Both he and his office are very unprofessional. They never contacted me that they had my results, so I had the lab re-send them and they still didn't contact me. I had to reach out and they said that I didn't have to have the results resent because they received them the last time almost 2 months prior. Dr. Butler is one of a kind in the Prader Willi Syndrome field. He finds out everything he can about you child and goes the extra mile to interact and run all test to determine and study what is going on and how to help. After 12 years of going to him we feel blessed that he is right in our home town, and at a wonderful hospital. I feel he takes pride in his work and he is very proud of each child he has the opportunity to work with And help in creating a positive future for all of his kids!
