the first visit will be slow, as you have to fill out forms and such. after, they're quite fast. they have great appointment availability! idk what the other reviewers are talking about, honestly. no complaints here, my needs were attended to promptly!

I had gone to her for years, and I don’t know what made her change her attitude, but she became overbearing, dismissive, rude, and pompous. When she tried to bully me into getting a covid vaccine, I told her no, and she said, “Oh. So you’re one of those hardheads that thinks they know everything and that likes to get other people sick.” Excuse me? Just wow. Worst experience I've ever had. The first time I went there was no DR present, only practitioners. Second time I finally met Dr. Samson, she was very dismissive of my concerns, and I waited over an hour after the nurse checked me in.
When you are calling them, they said wait for a brief hold. But they have been holding my call for more than 20mins just to make a doctors appointment. Poor customer service.
