We've taken our fur babies to Minks for over 5 yrs. On 2/22/2022 my beloved dog Apollo died. I wrapped him in 2 blankets my husband dropped him off the following day for cremation. When my husband picked up his ashes and paw prints the staff forgot to give me the 2 blankets. Upon asking for them to be sent to me, they decided to ask for money when it was there fault! In my opinion, this vet clinic is only good for wellness purposes....therefore, if your pet is ever in need of emergency care, they are less than stellar! I have needed emergency care for several of my animals, at different times, (not even after hours) and they are never able to see my sick or injured pets. They are always “booked” and not able to get my “well established” animals in. Thank goodness for Horse Heaven Hills urgent pet care!!!

Charged an exam fee, however, was not examined whatsoever, not even before giving my dog a rabies shot. I was charged $50+ to stand outside, open my dogs mouth, and be told the growth I was concerned about was excess gum. So disappointing.
