We've taken our fur babies to Minks for over 5 yrs. On 2/22/2022 my beloved dog Apollo died. I wrapped him in 2 blankets my husband dropped him off the following day for cremation. When my husband picked up his ashes and paw prints the staff forgot to give me the 2 blankets. Upon asking for them to be sent to me, they decided to ask for money when it was there fault! RecommendedWe have been going to this vet for a little under a year and we absolutely love it. We are on the Oregon side and we don’t mind taking the drive over Dr.Menks is straight up and we love that about her. She doesn’t beat around the bush. I highly recommend this vet to any one that needs a vet for their fur babies they are quick to answer on emergency or non emergency calls. Great customer service and excellent services were provided each visit we went to.

They are top notch in their care of the animals, the people & keeping us informed of whatever we may need to know! Always helpful! They have a kind & curtious staff, and are very welcoming!
My old dog was in quite a bit of pain and was ready to pass. Due to COVID, our normal vet wouldn't allow us to go inside to be with her while they did the euthanasia. That broke my heart even more than the idea of letting her go. I called Menk's and they were incredibly kind and allowed me to be with her every second of the process. Thank You.
In my opinion, this vet clinic is only good for wellness purposes....therefore, if your pet is ever in need of emergency care, they are less than stellar! I have needed emergency care for several of my animals, at different times, (not even after hours) and they are never able to see my sick or injured pets. They are always “booked” and not able to get my “well established” animals in. Thank goodness for Horse Heaven Hills urgent pet care!!!

We took our beloved Duke to Dr. Menks after he passed away, they were really nice and gracious at our difficult time. They took the time to send a sympathy card signed by everyone working there to us. Nobody can understand what that has meant to us. Thank you Dr. Menks mobile Vet care you have gone above and beyond.
