The receptionist in the front is incredibly rude with her tone. I said excuse me so she can repeat what she asked. So what does she do? She starts yelling at me in Spanish what is your name! 1st of all I said excuse me in clear English and 2nd Why are you yelling at me like I'm your toddler. You can be louder without yelling at me.
