As a bilingual & bicultural person, Melissa is able to understand me on a whole different level without me having to explain so many things (also as a bilingual/bicultural person). She just gets it. I’ve been seeing her for a few months now & have zero complaints! She’s amazing.
I filled out the Request a Consultation from on the Soultenders website for Melissa Zavala on December 11. I got no response until January 4, when she emailed me saying I could schedule a 15-minute consultation. No acknowledgement or apology for the 3-week delay in responding. I replied on January 5 with several dates/times for a phone call. As of now, 10 days later, I have received no response. Unbelievably unprofessional and arguably unethical.
