Dr Roubal helped me stop snoring in three weeks.The staff help move everything along with my appointments and my insurance. I had to do nothing but show up for my appointments. It was a wonderful experience.
It's obvious as soon as you walk in that the entire staff is trained to make you feel as if you are very important to them. Everything was explained in detail and questions were welcome and addressed in full. I highly recommend this practice.
I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and am currently using a CPAP machine. I was recommended to this office for an alternative treatment to the machine. The staff was very friendly and everything about the visit was well explained and easy. I received great information about sleep apnea and alternatives to treatment. Upon receiving certification from my insurance, I look forward to being fitted for an appliance to sleep with at night and saying goodbye to my CPAP machine. Check them out!!
They do a great job of explaining everything and give honest answers to questions.
Be informed. Dr. Roubal made an appliance for my wife that was not going to work without modifying her teeth in some form or another. In the end we chose not to modify her teeth and to just ask for a refund but of course that isn't an option here. You get what you get if it doesn't' work you are simply out all of your time and money. What was most frustrating was his complete lack of empathy and total refusal to even discuss a refund or why it was simply out of the question.

Although we are very good at what we do, we cannot guarantee results, just as with any other procedure or device such a surgery, or a CPAP. In these instances, we are paying for a service, not a result. We wish you and your wife all the best.
