A awesome crew of physicians and technicians. Five star rating across the board! Doctor Melissa Smith is wonderful! Georgetown Community Hospital is Top Notch!!
My wife went here and the staff was great but the doctor worries more about her legs than her migraines. And has never ask her about my wife's memory issue. The doctor was always trying to take other medicines away that helped my wife from her General Practitioner.
Staff was very friendly, and kind. Dr. Smith however, is absolutely the one doctor I would never go back to due to the way she treats her patients, and by looking through the reviews I know I’m not the only one who feels this way.
My initial appointment was a bad experience. Dr. Smith I found to be rude and condescending. Wasn't sure if i was a patient or being interrogated for a crime.
I gave her one star because zero wasn't an option. I was seen by Dr. Quackers for a traumatic brain injury. I don't remember the time I was seeing her but my workers comp nurse case manager, my fiance and my journal all pretty well documented my care, or rather lack of care from her.
