I have seen Dr. Chiang several times for various issues as has my son. Dr. Chiang is one of the most considerate and informed dermatologists that I have ever met. Her quiet approach allows you to explain exactly what is concerning you and her surgical technique is wonderful! She recommends only what you need, and was very concerned about what my insurance would cover before we proceeded. Her staff has always been kind and professional. I do not hesitate to recommend Dr. Chiang! She is terrific!

Her expertise in the field of dermatology is sub-optimal, considering her educational background. Will definitely not recommend to friends and family.

Don't be fooled by this doctor's soft-spoken & mild-mannered exterior. This woman is phony, cunning, and is primarily after your money; she will "milk" your insurance for as much as she can. Her motives are self-serving and her goal is to line her pocket. She delegates many duties that many dermatologists would do themselves to her medical assistants. Seek medical care elsewhere!

They won't even let you make an appointment unless you are referred by another doctor. I don't need to see another doctor so that doctor can tell Dr. Chiang's office that I have a large, unusual looking mole that appeared after tanning and has continued to get larger and has a non circular shape to it. Apparently this doctors office cares more about odd protocols than helping someone who may have cancer and should be seen as soon as possible.

I appreciate everything that Dr Chiang did for me. Her diagnosis was right on the target. I have seen many dermatologist for eczema since I was a little baby but no help. I visited Dr Chiang and she precribe me the right medicine and now I am on my way to beautiful, itch free skin. Thank you dr Chiang
