My mother received great treatment and everyone was very polite and caring.
She is the most caring and compassionate doctor. Very detailed and knowledgeable. There are not many like her. Very personable and cares very much for her patients. She is my mom’s internist and I am impressed on the service she and her office gives us all the time.
Front desk Frankie is extremely disrespectful towards the patient as well as the family that accompanies. If you can get past him services are fine but since he is the first point of contact it is really disheartening.
Called and left detailed vm about scheduling. Never got a call back in over a week. It is a long recording, first in English and followed in Spanish. There were no menu options for appointments, billing, nurse, etc. So, if I had a severe flu or UTI, wow. I would just be leaving a vm and would get no answer. No, red flag. Not good.
