All the times I've been to the ER, I've never had Melissa Quevillon, thank God. Sadly till this week. I did. I came in regarding to my 18cm ovarian cyst, 3cm ovarian cyst and my 5cm ovarian cyst. I came in 3 week ago to get a CT scan and see what the massive lump was. That's when I found out about all my cysts. So I came back in because my 18cm is causing more complications. My encounter wit her was an absolute nightmare. She has a horrible attitude and bedside manner. My story is too long to tell but let’s just say it isn’t over. It was a very unpleasant experience for my family and I! No cancer pariwnt should be treated the way I was by a so-called “doctor”!
Dr. Quevellon was very thorough and I really appreciated that with what turned out to be my first and worst bout with diverticulitis. Slammed with patients she never missed a beat.
My grandmother was brought in VIA ambulance for her pain and low oxygen. She told her she seen an obstruction then came back and said “You have a large hernia and will be in pain the rest or your life, and your constipated” my father proceeded to ask how she was constipated as she was having very frequent water stools instead of choosing to use her medical degree to EXPLAIN how that was possible she chose to be rude and kept cutting him off with “she’s constipated” over and over. Dr. Quevillon is an excellent and knowledgeable doctor. I went into the ER with rib pain. She Listened to my lungs and could tell right away something was wrong. Dr. Quevillon listened to my lungs before she had ordered any tests. She immediately said, "I don't like what I heard," and quickly discussed with me the tests she wanted to order. She ordered the needed tests and was able to provide the correct diagnosis quickly.
