Very pleasant doctor and knowledgeable. I brought my 84 yr old dad and she was so patient and explained everything. I would recommend Dr Melendez Russo if you’re in need of great service.
I love Dr. Melendez Russo. She is very detailed. I felt very comfortable, the doctor made sure I understood everything she explained about the issues I am having with my knees. I wish all doctors spent time to explain the why's. I was super impressed and will refer Dr Melendez Russo to every and anyone who needs to see a orthopedic doctor who specializes in the Knees. Great job she exceeded my expectation 👏🏽.
Dr. Melissa deserves 6 or 7 stars not only 5. Everything she did was great. She was very patient to listen to the details ofmy problem. Very knowledgeable to answer all my questions. I liked how she anticipated the possible outcomes and evaluated each one of them. I cannot ask for more than that.
The staff was courteous, I was seen quickly and Dr. Melendez-Russo was not only professional, she was funny and informed me of my problems while making it easy to understand.
