Dr. Mao is very kind and professional. She makes time to listen and schedule me in as soon as she can.
Very easy to work with and explains in detail and asks if I fully understand. Encourages questions, no matter how immaterial they may sound. Dr. Mao does not rush through her appointments and is a pleasure to see her.
Doctor Mao is an excellent physician. Daisy, Van, and (I'm sorry, I don't remember your name) were very helpful and efficient. Congratulations to UCIMC for having such an exceptional staff.
