My wife and I had our blood drawn on Tuesday morning a week before our annual doctor’s visit, and I just had to share how great the experience was. GHair was excellent. Painless and efficient .
I had surgery performed by Dr Dulak during the last week of January and I believe her to be the most compassionate surgeon I have ever met in my 81 years. Needless to say the surgery was successful and Dr Dulak did not release me from the hospital until I was ;feeling well enough to go home. She has a wonderful, warm and caring bedside manner and she is an excellent surgeon. Her office staff is also very caring.
I went to Lady of Lourdes Hospital for a transesophageal echocardiogram and a Cardioversion. Since my heart rate was low they recommended a pacemaker be installed. The pacemaker resulted in excessive bruising across my chest down my arm and around my side. A few days later after finding it very difficult to catch my breath I went back to the hospital and they found blood was pocketed round my heart. A different EP practice will be removing the blood.
Regina was excellent in drawing my blood. She did not spill a drop.
Loved her the first meeting because she was easy to talk to and listened carefully to why I was seeing her. She is very easy going and puts you at ease. We discussed my problem and solutions. She recommended a colonoscopy and an endoscopy which would give her all the information she needed. she knew exactly what was causing my pain> Those two procedures were overdue anyway so it would clarify her suspension on what was happening. My husband has been to Virtua Urgent Care twice in the last 6 months and I have been there once. All 3 times we received Exceptional Care! Very professional check in, Dr Chen was wonderful all 3 times, as he was very thorough in his examination. He listened to what symptoms we had and gave his diagnosis clearly. He explained what the meds he prescribed were for and what to be aware of is additional symptoms should arise. A great Urgent Care All Way Round!!!!Bernadette and Jorge L.
