Reception is very poor management. I have my GP to write a referral to her after one week no one call me. I have to call and ask about my referral and been ask " when's your due date" and after that reception came back and said oh her booking on that month is full. so can't take me. end of story no sorry or else you just have to get to someone else. very very disappointed of how they do things.
Poor time management Was there 25 sep at 2 pm , you received my referral letter well and truly last week. I have booked in , and even have phone recording as evidence and yet I was told my booking was not there. If that you can still say right in front of my face that I was not your prospective client, I do not know what to say. I would not recommend going to this clinic
