Took great care of me and I appreciate it much!
I visited the ER at WGH 3-23-25 and was treated by Melissa Carter, DO. My my problem was diagnosed immediately, labs and treatment followed shortly thereafter. I was treated very well by the entire staff who were professional, knowledgable, helpful and friendly! I was very satisfied with my experience.
I think Dr Carter is one of the best Dr they have
She was thorough and is my favorite doctor I have ever had in the ER!!! She listened, showed respect and took time to figure out our concern.
Dr. Carter is nothing short of exceptional. I initially consulted her months ago for a severe scalp burn, and just yesterday she inquired about my recovery—genuinely concerned and sharing that I had been on her mind since the incident.
